The South Beach Wine and Food Festival has officially begun! The five-day festival benefits FIU’s Chaplin School of Hospitality and Tourism Management. To date, the festival has raised more than $30 million.
Dozens of chefs will be participating in the events, including Chef Kelly O’Hara of YOT Bar & Kitchen.
He’ll be serving his “Corn & Cushion” dish at the Sandwich Showdown on Saturday.

The Sandwich Showdown will be held at the Hilton Ft. Lauderdale Beach Resort and it starts at 11am.
