MIAMI — If you never had the chance to live your childhood dream of getting slimed, now you can! Welcome to Slime City Miami, a new pop-up experience that allows guests to feel, play and get doused with the iconic green goo you used to see on your TV in the 90s.
"Slime City is an amazing experience where you get to live out that Nickelodeon childhood dream of being slimed. The brand of Nickelodeon is really to make the world a more playful place and that's what we do here at Slime City," said Maia Kinney-Petrucha, Experience Lead at Slime City.
The 20,000 square foot space at Aventura Mall has eight rooms that explore the many different forms of slime.
"They have the opportunity here in this first room to touch slime right away. Slime comes in many different forms so throughout this experience, so you may see slime in the form of slime sand, slime bean bags, a slime wall," said Kinney-Petrucha.
You can hang out in the lounge, dance the night away, and did we mention... get slimed?!
